Want to build up your hand and finger strength?

Try doing finger- tip pushups. Start with two sets of ten reps and increase the number of reps by five every week. Give yourself a couple days of rest time (5 days on, 2 days off). After a few weeks you should notice better control when you have the ball in your hands, including the ability to palm the ball!
