First of all, let me give you a little background about myself. I am about 5'8" and weigh about 160 lbs. I graduated from high school in '95. I didn't "discover" basketball until the summer after my 7th grade year. I loved it so much I played whenever I could, and by my 8th grade year I had made the school team. I followed it up the next year by earning the sixth man spot on my 9th grade team. The summer after my 9th grade year I decided I was tired of being short and started working out my legs with some simple and yet effective excercises with virtually no weights. By the time my sophmore year rolled around, I had made the varsity team and I was dunking volleyballs (only because I couldn't palm anything else). That was a pretty big deal for me because just three months earlier I couldn't even touch the rim. I had added almost 9 inches to my vertical! My friends were so amazed that they wouldn't leave me alone. They all wanted my help to condition their legs! It was then that I realized I had stumbled onto something extraordinary! Over the next couple of years I did some "experimenting" to improve my technique. Now I want to share this with every person who ever wanted to be a true baller!
